What Happens After Your Tour?

After your tour at Wellard Early Learning Centre & OSHC, our friendly team will be ready to assist you with the next steps in the enrolment process.
If you’ve found that the centre is a good fit for your child, and we have available vacancies, we’ll guide you through all the necessary paperwork, ensuring everything is in place for your child’s start date.

 

Availability & Waitlist Information
We accept applications for future enrolments, and placements are offered as they become available. 

If the centre is currently full, we will add your child to our waitlist.

When a spot becomes available, we’ll reach out with the good news!

Preparing Your Enrolment Paperwork

Once your child has been offered a spot at Wellard Early Learning Centre or OSHC, we will reach out to begin the enrolment process.
 

Here’s what you’ll need to complete the enrolment form:

  • Your child’s Customer Reference Number (CRN) (available through Centrelink).

  • Your child’s Medicare Number/Reference Number.

  • An immunisation status record, which can be downloaded from Medicare or MyGov.
